Deputy Chief Technology Officer

As one of PTSO's original employees who joined the company in October 2004, Eric has been a key player in maturing the organization. He is responsible for leading and transforming strategic initiatives into tangible application and technology, including architecting technology solutions for enterprise-wide initiatives. Eric has been working in IT for over 16 years and has experience in network and server administration, database administration, and network security. He holds a BS degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.

Financial Controller

Grace joined PTSO in October 2005 and is responsible for managing all of the company's financial and accounting matters, including financial statements, budgets, financial analysis and projections, financial audits, tax returns, as well as grant reporting and compliance. Prior to joining PTSO, Grace worked for a broad range of companies, including United Way, Nuprecon, and Starbucks Coffee Company. She holds a BA in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Technology Manager

With PTSO since July 2012, Roger is responsible for directing, implementing, and managing the company's strategic technology direction, including overseeing managed IT services, client IT infrastructure, disaster recover, and production services. He brings more than 18 years of experience in technology design, implementation, and administration to the company, combined with many years in sales, sales management, employee training, and general management. Experienced in facilitating difficult transitions with the ability to understand and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, Roger has served as Engineering Consultant, General Manager, Operations Manager, and Systems Engineer for a variety of companies, including managed services as well as residential and commercial real estate. Roger studied Engineering at the University of Nebraska.
