CHCs Generate $2.7 Million in EHR Incentive Payments

At least 247 eligible providers participating in the HRSA grant awarded to PTSO attested to accomplishing Meaningful Use which will generate approximately $2.7 million in Electronic Health Record (EHR) incentive payments for their health centers.

HRSA Grant Extended to July 2016

PTSO is excited to announce it has been awarded additional funds to extend the grant to July 2016.

This grant will help PTSO’s CHC members adopt electronic heathcare records (EHR) and realize meaningful use (MU) incentives and patient-centered medical home certification (PCMH), as well as implement overall quality improvement initiatives.  Participants should contact Katherine Gudgel, Grant Program Manager at kgudgel@ptsowa.org to let PTSO know your health center’s needs for the future.

HiMSS PTSO Partners with Deep Domain for Dashboard Reporting

PTSO partnered with Deep Domain to jointly develop an easy‐to‐use dashboard enabling CHCs to demonstrate that they can measure and monitor key meaningful use metrics. The solution sits on top of their EMRs and tracks specific clinical and financial metrics around the quality of patient care delivery. By offering Deep Domain's online dashboard, PTSO enables its CHC members to effectively track key metrics, make significant improvements over time in meaningful use compliance areas, and be flexible for much broader reporting.

HRSAPTSO receives $1.8 million federal grant from HRSA

PTSO was awarded a $1.875 million grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration, an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Over three years, the grant will help PTSO’s CHC members adopt electronic healthcare records (EHR), realize meaningful use incentives and patient-centered medical home certification, as well as implement overall quality improvement initiatives.
